This moment, what is really going on at this moment?  Well I'm typing and praying that my adult son who was diagnosed with schizophrenia would accept help.  At the same time keeping my sanity.  As I learn how to love him as he is not as I want him to be, it will be better.  So this moment I have a choose to love or to be angry, can't do both so I might as well love.  Love is the answer to every world problem we have, so why don't more of us practice it?!  I guess we like to live in our world of drama and create awful stories and than live them out.  Our thoughts create our world, so in this moment I will choose a new better thought.
